I answer a lot of questions over the phone for clients and usually save them a lot of money.
That must certainly make an impression! Once you’ve worked with them over the phone, what do you think makes them come back for more?
I am honest. I don’t take advantage of my clients, I offer a fair price, and I have plenty of experience.
Is there anything you do in particular to make sure that they’re satisfied with their service?
We often follow up with clients to make sure that the service call was performed correctly and that they are happy.
I’m sure your customers appreciate that dedication. Can you remember a specific time when you went the extra mile to satisfy a client?
A client called at 2:00 in the morning, once, on a cold January night. The heat had broken, and they had a 6-month-old baby at home. I got dressed and showed up at 3:00 AM and within 30 minutes I had the heat running.
Wow! That’s real commitment. What would you say you’ve done at your company to continue its success?
I train my employees to keep up with the latest products and not to take advantage of clients.
